Charters are not confirmed until a $50 deposit has been received by the shop and a member of the Coop's staff has confirmed the date of your booking.

- Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made by you without 24 hours notice.
- Your guide or charter captain will keep a close eye on the weather prior to your trip. Cancellations due to weather, or other unforeseen conditions are always a possibility. Please call to check in with the shop the day prior to your trip.
- We are happy to speak with you about your fishing trip and do our best to insure that you have an enjoyable experience. What we cannot do is guarantee that the fish will always cooperate. At certain times of the year, and under certain conditions, fishing slows down particularly from the shore. At CoopÕs, we will always give you the straight scoop on fishing conditions.
